MEDIATION
Mediation has incredible potential to create tailored, sustainable, cost-effective solutions. Ben’s goal as a mediator is to help the participants identify and structure a tailored resolution, rather than merely encouraging them to compromise. He understands that each business, each transaction, even each dispute, has its own rhythm, and he is committed to helping participants reach resolution in a manner cognizant of those rhythms.
EXPERTISE
Ben brings to mediation broad experience as a business lawyer creating solutions in complex, dynamic situations. Ben’s experience ranges from handling employment and executive compensation matters, to debt and equity financings for public companies, startups and private equity funds, to negotiating license, service and investment agreements with critical customers, suppliers and partners. He has considerable experience with complex securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions and has helped structure solutions and resolve disputes involving globally recognized technology companies, startups, private equity funds, insurance companies and institutional investors.
